This morning around 8:07am MST, Ivrnet services began to be affected by a massive outage on one of our ISP’s core routers in Southern Alberta. Our services were back online by 9:40am MST. We apologize for any inconvenience this service disruption has caused.

ITSN - Community Central

At approximately 8:15 am MST, Wednesday, March 19th, 2014 our database server became unresponsive causing data not to be displayed within the ITSN and Community Central applications. The problem was resolved by 8:55 am MST and systems returned to normal function. We apologize for any inconvenience.
