At approximately 8:15 am MST, Wednesday, March 19th, 2014 our database server became unresponsive causing data not to be displayed within the ITSN and Community Central applications.
The problem was resolved by 8:55 am MST and systems returned to normal function.

Please be advised that on Wednesday February 5, 2014 beginning at 10:30pm to 12:30am MST, the system will be taken offline for scheduled a maintenance.
Please ensure you are not logged into the system during this maintenance window as all services will be offline. Thank you
